Day 1 Depart school in the late afternoon for your Dover-Calais ferry crossing and travel overnight in your executive coach.

Day 2 Arrive at your hostel in the afternoon to check in. Evening meal at your leisure.

Day 3 Breakfast at your hostel (first meal). Visit the Bauhaus Archives in the morning, one of the most influential schools of architecture, design and art of the 20th century. Spend the afternoon at the Alte Nationalgalerie which contains works from Classicism to early Modernism. Evening meal at your leisure.

Day 4 Breakfast at your hostel. Make your way to the Hamburger Bahnhof which is home to the largest private collection of contemporary art in the world including over 2000 works of art by around 150 different artists. Visit the Neue Nationalgalerie in the afternoon. Opened in 1968 as the counterpart to the Alte Nationalgalerie, it now houses a collection of 20th century art as part of the reunification. Evening meal at your leisure.

Day 5 Breakfast at your hostel (last meal). Check out of your hostel. Morning at leisure to visit the Gemaeldegalerie (subject to driver’s hours regulations). Depart Berlin in the afternoon for your Calais-Dover ferry crossing and travel overnight back to the UK.

Day 6 Arrive back at school in the morning.
