Day 1 Depart from school early to connect with your Channel crossing Visit the picturesque harbour of Honfleur Check into your accommodation and explore the grounds
Day 2 EANA Park, enjoy lunch from locally grown produce Bayeux Cathedral and the Tapestry Dinner at your accommodation, followed by a film or disco
Day 3 Bread-making at a Boulangerie Pegasus Bridge Museum (time to stop at a hypermarket) Dinner followed by tasting French frogs’ legs and snails!
Day 4 Paleospace and guided walk on the fossil beach Free time in Villers-sur-Mer, then head for the ferry and return to the UK

Accommodation Choice: Château du Baffy

What better base to enjoy a stay in Normandy than the magnificent Château du Baffy near Colombiers sur Seulles. Situated between Caen and Bayeux, approximately 6km from the seaside resort of Courseulles-sur-Mer, the Château du Baffy is within easy reach of many interesting sites including the WWI landing beaches and the famous tapestry at Bayeux. This elegant, historic building, set in 2 acres of parkland, offers a superb standard of accommodation for Primary schools. Accommodation is provided in two main buildings, the main Château and the adjacent Villa Mathilde in a courtyard setting. Both buildings are of the same excellent standard and each accommodates one full coach party. The accommodation is full board and free drinks are provided with packed lunches. Enjoy a meal in the elegant dining room then have fun in the evening with a quiz, disco or snail tasting.
