Futuroscope France
Futuroscope, located near Poitiers in western France is a dazzling theme park at the cutting edge of moving image technology, which takes the visitor into the 21st Century. The astonishing optical trickery is based on state-of-the-art science and has serious educational aims. A guide in the park is included.
In the Summer there is a fabulous fireworks, laser and light show over Futuroscope's own Lake of Images.
Sample Itinerary - FRANCE
Day 1
Depart school by coach for a morning Dover-Calais ferry crossing. Continue to your hotel for evening meal. Travelling time Calais to resort: 7 hours approx.
Day 2
Full day in Futuroscope. Your day pass is included. Your hostess will meet you at the park entrance and accompany you for the duration of your visit. This service is included in the price of your tour.
Day 3
Travel to Calais for return journey.
Day 1 (Two Centre Theme Park Tours)
Depart school by coach for a morning Dover-Calais ferry crossing location. Continue to your hotel at Futuroscope for evening meal. Travelling time Calais to resort: 7 hrs approx. Day 2
Full day in Futuroscope. Your day pass is included. Your hostess will meet you at the park entrance and accompany you for the duration of your visit. This service is included in the price of your tour. Evening meal at your hotel.
Day 3
Travel to Paris in your coach and spend an afternoon sightseeing in Paris. Check in to your Paris outskirts hotel for evening meal and accommodation.
Days 4
Full day in Disneyland® Resort Paris Theme Park or Parc Asterix. Return to your hotel for overnight accommodation (no evening meal included on this day).
Day 5
Travel to Calais for return journey.
Extra Day
On coach tours extra days can be arranged to allow for sightseeing in La Rochelle, Poitiers, Cognac or in the Theme Park. Entrance to the theme park is not included in the extra day price!
