Munich Germany
The cosmopolitan city of Munich is the capital of Bavaria and the third largest city in Germany. Within sight of the Bavarian Alps there are many visits including museums, galleries, parks and palaces. Although badly damaged during World War II the city has now undergone regeneration and has emerged as one of the most affluent cities in Germany.
Munich is also a fantastic destination for the Christmas Markets.
Sample Itinerary - Germany
Air conditioned coach included for tour travelling during May-July (inclusive).
Day 1
Depart school for your Dover - Calais ferry crossing and travel overnight in your executive coach.
Day 2
Arrive at your hotel for evening meal (first meal). Travelling time Calais to resort: 14 hours approximately.
Days 3-5
We will arrange a programme of visits for you with free use of coach subject to drivers' hours regulations.
Day 6
Morning at leisure. Travel overnight to Calais after lunch with a packed evening meal for return journey.
Day 7
Early morning ferry crossing and continue to school.
Day 1
Fly from London to Munich (flight time 2 hours). Transfer to your hotel for evening meal (first meal). Transfer 1 hour.
Days 2-3
At leisure in Munich with choice of excursion programme. Coach not included but full details with prices will be sent at time of enquiry.
Day 4
Transfer from your hotel to Munich airport for return flight to London.
