Florence & Lido di Jesolo Italy
This fascinating tour allows your party to visit two or the greatest artistic and historical cities of Europe with the added bonus of the leisure based activities associated with a seaside resort. Florence is a city renowned as the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance and has a wealth of art, architecture and culture. You can also visit the towns of San Gimignano and Siena, travelling through the spectacular Tuscan countryside.
Travel to Lido di Jesolo, a traditional Italian resort with a wealth of cafes, shops and entertainment available to students where they can unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Lido di Jesolo is only 45 kms from the unique and beautiful city of Venice.
Sample Itinerary - Italy
Day 1
Early departure from school for your Dover-Calais ferry crossing and travel overnight in your executive coach.
Day 2
Arrive in Lido di Jesolo for your evening meal (first meal). Travelling time from Calais to resort: 18 hours approx.
Day 3
Depart Lido di Jesolo after breakfast. Continue to your hotel in Florence (travelling time 4 hours approx.). Afternoon in Florence. We will arrange a programme of visits for you with free use of the coach subject to drivers' hours regulations.
Day 4
Full day excursion to Siena and San Gimignano.
Day 5
Spend the morning exploring Florence before departing in the afternoon for Lido di Jesolo. Arrive for your evening meal and overnight accommodation.
Day 6
Spend the morning exploring Florence before departing in the afternoon for Lido di Jesolo. Arrive for your evening meal and overnight accommodation.
Day 7
Depart Lido di Jesolo early afternoon. Travel overnight to Calais for return journey.
Day 8
Early morning ferry crossing and continue to school.
