Lake Garda Italy
Lake Garda is the largest of the Italian lakes. The area is wellplaced for exciting excursions being just 30 km from Verona, 100 km from Milan and 130 km from Venice. The more rugged Northern shore is surrounded by the Dolomites and in some places steep cliffs drop straight into the lakeside.
The Southern shore has a softer landscape with beaches, olive groves, lemon trees and vineyards. Boats ply the lake making it possible to explore by water rather than just by coach. There are pretty villages, theme parks, excellent markets, gardens and cultural centres all in close proximity making Lake Garda an excellent destination.
Sample Itinerary - Italy
Air conditioned coach included for tour travelling during May-July (inclusive).

Day 1
Depart school for your Dover- Calais ferry crossing and travel overnight in your executive coach. Air conditioned coach included for tours travelling May - July (inclusive).
Day 2
Arrive at your hotel for evening meal (first meal). Travelling time Calais to resort: 18 hours approx.
Days 3-5
We will arrange a programme of visits for you with free use of coach subject to drivers' hours regulations.
Day 6
Morning at leisure. Travel overnight to Calais after lunch with a packed evening meal for return journey.
Day 7
Early morning ferry crossing and continue to school.
Day 1
Fly from London to (flight time 2 hours). Transfer to your hotel for evening meal (first meal). Transfer 1-2 hours.
Days 2-4
At leisure in your resort with choice of excursion programme. Coach not included but full details with prices will be sent at time of enquiry.
Day 5
Transfer from your hotel to Verona/Venice/Treviso or Bologna airport for return flight to London.
