Krakow Poland
Krakow has been listed by UNESCO as one of the world's 12 most historic sites. It is a beautiful city that escaped the ravages of World War II with many monuments and buildings of architectural merit. Not to be missed are the medieval market square and the 16th Century Cloth Hall.
The Jewish Quarter, Kazimierz, is where the film Schindler's List was made. From Krakow you can visit the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps. We recommend a guided tour of the city. Prices on request.
Sample Itinerary - Poland
Day 1
Depart school for your Dover-Calais ferry crossing and travel overnight in your executive coach.
Day 2
Arrive at your hotel for your evening meal (first meal). Travelling time Calais to resort: 21 hours approx.
Days 3-5
We will arrange a programme of visits for you with free use of coach subject to drivers' hours regulations.
Day 6
Morning at leisure. Travel overnight to Calais for return journey.
Day 7
Morning ferry crossing and continue to school.
Day 1
Fly from London to Krakow (flight time 2 hours). Transfer to your hotel for evening meal (first meal). Transfer time: 1 hour.
Days 2-3
At leisure in your resort with choice of excursion programme. Coach not included but full details with prices will be sent at time of enquiry.
Day 4
Transfer from your hotel to Krakow airport for return flight to London.
Extra Day
