- Cooking Demonstrations- Groups will discover how to use local produce in three different cooking demonstrations throughout their tour.
- Day at Cookery School - Spend the day learning the cooking technique used to create some of China's greatest dishes.
- Snack Market - Visit a local snack market to explore China's new flavours and produce.
- Muslim Market - Discover the smells and flavours of food from China and the rest of the wold.

- Learn about and practise a range of practical food skills/methods/processes to produce quality outcomes
- Learn about the impact and effect of using a range of different equipment to produce food items of quality and consistency
- Explore how quality control checks are used to produce consistent food products on a commercial scale
- Experience the impact of ICT within the food industry
