The Chateau du Clos Lucé in Amboise houses a fascinating collection of the work of Leonardo da Vinci, and at Chinon you can visit the place where Richard the Lionheart died and where Joan of Arc was laid to rest. We can arrange a visit to a wine cellar to learn how wine is produced or you can see how mushrooms are grown in caves. It is also easy to make a day trip to the amazing Futuroscope theme park.
