In the main Château there is an attractive dining room overlooking the gardens, and a comfortable teachers' lounge with bar service. The Villa Mathilde, 50m away, has its own dining room, which can be used as a classroom, a games room and a sun terrace. The Château is set in attractive grounds. There is a playing field nearby in the village. The beach resort of Courseulles is 6km away.
The two premises each accommodate one full coach party. The main Château building has 17 rooms divided over 2 floors. The Villa Mathilde has 16 rooms divided over 2 floors in two sections. Students are usually accommodated in 2-4 bedded rooms with some larger rooms sleeping 4-8. Bedrooms are decorated to a high standard and have private facilities.

This excellent holiday centre always receives good reports from our school parties. It is situated 2kms from Blainville. The dining area is elf-service and the food is excellent. Accommodation is in single storey blocks, and all rooms are mezzanine style sleeping 5 with shower and WC. There is a lecture theatre with giant screen (groups can bring their own DVDs), TV room, 3 classrooms, huge sports hall with indoor soccer, badminton, 4 tennis courts, basketball court and petanque terrain.
CPCV Normandie

Tucked away behind the seafront, about 80m from the beach and 5 mins from the centre of Houlgate. An imposing, traditional building, the CPCV is situated in its own extensive grounds. Many rooms are split-level and are 4-6 bedded throughout with twins for adults. All have private facilities and about half have sea views. On the ground floor is a large reception area, lounge, video, games area and meeting room. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Groups are asked to help clear tables and make beds.
Le Chalet CPCV Normandie

Situated in the heart of Ouistreham just 150m from the beach, Le Chalet is an ideal location to explore the Cote Fleurie and the D-Day Beaches. The hotel is family run and offers a warm and friendly welcome. Built in 1876 the building was used for a “Temporary Hospital No.47” during the WWI. All rooms are en-suite and equipped with television and telephone. On the ground floor there is a pretty outdoor terrace and a wood paneled bar adjoined to the breakfast room.
