Food for Thought Visits
- Balsamic Vinegar Tour (Modena)- Have a guided tour of the beautiful city of Modena followed by a discovery of Balsamic Vinegar with a tour to one or more producers of traditional balsamic vinegar. This visit includes a tasting and a light lunch using balsamic vinegar.
- Parmesan Factory (Modena) - Housed in an ancient olive-mill, the museum displays a collection of implements and materials from the 20th century pertinent to olive-growing and the production of olive oil.
- Wine Cantina - Visit to a wine Cantina for a guided tour of the maturation and bottling process.
- Cookery Lesson - Have a cookery lesson of traditional Italian food.
