Art & Design School & College Tours to Barcelona

One of the most popular destinations for art, design and architecture school tours is the exciting, medieval city of Barcelona. This beautiful city offers students an insight into the minds of some of the most influential artists in European History. Not only does the city boast beautiful baroque quarters, surrounded by the finest Modernista buildings, but also some of the world’s best galleries, which feature the works of Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso. Scattered around the city are unique works by the architect Gaudi including the Parc Guell and the still unfinished Sagrada Familia Cathedral – Barcelona’s most emblematic symbol.

Art & Design Excursions

  • Joan Miró Foundation - The museum has exhibition rooms, an auditorium, a library and a prints archive, along with courtyards, gardens and upper terraces.
  • Sagrada Familia - The unfinished masterpiece, that was Gaudí's last work. Parc Güell - Gaudí created 3km of paths, steps, a plaza and the two gatehouses.
  • Picasso Museum - A collection of over 2,500 pieces of Picasso's work.
  • Poble Espanyol - Re-creation of the varying styles of Spanish architecture.
  • Teatre-Museu Dalí (Figueres) - The Dalí Theatre-Museum, the largest surrealistic object in the world, occupies the building of the former Municipal Theatre where Dalí decided to create his museum.
