Accommodation: Sleeps 150 people over 2 buildings plus an annexe of chalet style accommodation. All rooms have en-suite facilities.

Students can learn about practical food skills, methods and processes first hand with a visit to a Cheese factory, Bakery or Goats Cheese farm visits. – explore how quality control checks are used to produce consistent food products on a commercial scale.
Boasting a stunning and picturesque port where many artists flock to paint and photograph, groups can explore this quaint town and sample traditional cuisine.
Chevrerie du Mesnil - Goats Cheese Farm Visit
This working farm provides the perfect backdrop to develop your students understanding of end to end process of food production. From farming the goats to manufacturing and production this is a unique excursion not to be missed.
Crêpe Making & Tasting
Your group will be divided into teams to learn how to cook a traditional French crêpe and chocolate sauce with the help of explanations and demonstrations from a professional French chef. The children will be provided with an apron and chef’s hat, as well as a complimentary hot beverage. Each student will receive a certificate. A trophy will be awarded to the winning team.
