History school trips to Russia

History school trips to Russia

Russia’s history is extensive and there are many authentic sites that will transport your students back in time to better understand the development of Russia’s major cities with a school trip. Take your group to Moscow and introduce them to the Kremlin, where they will be able to witness the building that has seen centuries of government. Although it’s known as the most ‘Western’ city of Russia, St Petersburg is also credited as playing a huge part in the Communist revolution of 1917, leading to Lenin and the Bolsheviks to come to power. The Museum of the History of Leningrad will give students a deeper insight into one of the longest and most destructive sieges in history, The Siege of Leningrad. Our subject specialists will tailor make an itinerary to ensure you make the most out of your time in Russia on this History school trip.
