How to Book
Booking with us is simple – just follow the steps below.
1. Contact us for a chat
We are always happy to discuss your requirements and provide a clear quote with a guaranteed price. You can choose one of the many popular tours from our programme or we can tailor-make an itinerary to fit your requirements. 2. Make a provisional booking
After checking availability for you, we can hold your reservation with absolutely no obligation for at least two weeks whilst you collect first deposits of the following amounts per paying person:
- £40 for all UK tours
- £50 for all European Coach tours
- £80 for all European Air and Rail tours
- £150 for Worldwide tours (including Americas)
3. Confirm your booking
After we receive your Confirmation Booking Form and first deposits we confirm your booking and send you everything you will need. Second deposits of £60 for UK tours, £80 for European coach tours, £120 for European air and rail tours and £150 for all Worldwide tours (including Americas) per paying person are payable 8 weeks after the first deposits. The final balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure.
4. Final details
Your tickets and itinerary are sent approximately 3 weeks before departure providing the final balance has been paid. We are on hand throughout to make sure everything goes smoothly and to answer any questions you may have.
