School trips to Prague
With beautiful cobbled streets, gothic spires aplenty and astonishing architecture it's easy to see why Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is one of the most appealing cities in Europe and a great option for a school trip.
Amble through the UNESCO World Heritage listed streets in search of the Astronomical Clock and contemplate contemporary street art at the John Lennon Wall. Visit the site of the Velvet Revolution and learn about the origin of its name and the relevance of jingling keys.
History students will gain an in-depth knowledge at Terezin, the former WWII concentration camp and Jewish ghetto just outside of Prague. Pay your respects to the 12,000 tombstones in the Jewish cemetery, and visit Lidice to see the statue erected in memory of the young victims of the horrendous massacre directed by Nazi Germany.
A school trip to Prague offers a countless collection of educational resources for students across a range of ages and subjects, so let us take the stress out of organising a trip and request a no-obligation quote to this fantastic Czech city.
