School trips to China
China may be the world's fastest emerging economy, but that doesn't mean it's all big cars, towering skyscrapers and high speed trains. As the world's oldest civilisation, it's got tons of history that's bound to fascinate your students, as well as an extraordinary cuisine and vast and diverse landscapes.
Head for the Great Wall of China to marvel at man's fortitude, the Forbidden City to soak up some myths, or to the Terracotta Warriors to fall under their spell. To appreciate the incredible scenery on a school trip to China, take a cruise down the Li River in Guilin, which featured in Star Wars: Episode III, marvel at Red Stone Park, or explore Leye Tiankengs, which are rare karst caves high in Guangxi Province.
There’s so much to see in the wide and diverse country of China. Luckily, our destination specialists have years’ of experience in organising educational tours to China and are able to suggest the perfect excursions for your groups’ needs, whether it be for Mandarin, Geography, History or Cross-Curricular.
