A visit to Stratford is a must for any budding actors wishing to hone their skills and develop their knowledge of this iconic artist.

YHA Stratford-Upon-Avon is located just outside the city centre, making it perfectly placed for visiting the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare?s Birthplace.
Location: The hostel is located just outside the city centre, a short coach ride from the main attractions
Facilities:The hostel offers a games room with pool table, shared kitchen, café, bar, restaurant and outdoor terrace.
Accommodation: Students are accommodated in multi-bedded dorms with shared facilities. Twins and single rooms for adults with some en-suite rooms available.
Meals: Breakfast and evening meals are taken at the hostel with optional packed lunches.

Location: Based in Warwick, the Holiday Inn Express is only a short drive (approximately 20 minutes) from Stratford-upon-Avon.

Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) Workshop
The RSC offers school groups practical workshops on any of Shakespeare's plays. These sessions are tailor-made and focus on key areas that are relevant to your students and their studies. Workshops can also be tailored towards a specific character’s journey, featuring certain characters from Macbeth or Romeo and Juliet.
RSC Production
A fantastic opportunity to see the Royal Shakespeare Company perform one of Shakespeare’s plays or work by one of his contemporaries, in one of three state of the art theatres.
RSC Tour & Tower
A wide variety of tours are available – from a backstage exploration to an “audition tour” where you can try on costumes and try out your Shakespeare in a staged audition. Enjoy panoramic views of Stratford-upon-Avon from the RSC Tower.
Shakespeare’s Houses
Shakespeare’s Birthplace Trust are caretakers of 5 properties significant in the life of Shakespeare. Shakespeare’s Birthplace is one of the most visited, a beautiful Tudor property where he was born and grew up and also lived here for the first 5 years of his marriage with Anne Hathaway. You can also visit Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Hall’s Croft and Shakespeare’s New Place.
