Choirs and bands who want to perform outdoors are warmly welcomed by local music festivals which attract large, appreciative, audiences. There are also bandstands in all the major towns along the coast including Calella, Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar, Salou and Barcelona. Indoor venues include hotels and local concert halls whilst Barcelona Cathedral, the Monastery of Montserrat and Tarragona Cathedral, offer venues for sacred choirs. Your students can also participate in different types of Flamenco workshops to learn the roots of the music significant to this area providing a unique learning experience when on a Music trip to Costa Brava.
