    Low Season Travel Dates

These change per destination but can dramatically reduce the price. Consider travelling out of season and avoid local holidays such as Bastille day in Paris.

    Maximize your group size

If you aim to get your total number of places up to 49 (including free places), this will keep your costs down due to the reductions of costs for buses. Equity can provide you wih promotional resources to attract interest in the trip!

    Travel by coach

Travelling by coach (European resorts only) is more reasonable than air, so you can bring prices down and therefore, decrease the cost of your trip.

    Accommodation

If you are doing activities that will require local transport, consider staying in the suburbs as opposed to city centres as this can reduce costs. Try to base adults in twins/triples and avoid singles. Bed-share for students in the US is the norm and halves the hotel bill. Balance the standard with your budget/itinerary. If most of the time is spent elsewhere, is an expensive high star rated hotel necessary?
